TURKISH HAMMAM
Turkish bath. An ideal place for people who want to avoid the burden on the body caused by very high temperature. Hammam is a type of steam sauna with a heated granite table through which heat is emitted. Puffs of steam cleanse and moisturize the skin, and cold showers during the session prevent it from overheating. To enhance the effectiveness of your stay in this sauna, it is recommended that you use a full body scrub and a traditional Turkish ritual of cleansing with mineral clay and olive oil soap foam.

SHOW SAUNA
The largest of the dry saunas, where most sessions take place. Just staying in a sauna cleanses our body of toxins, reduces fatigue and nervousness. However, during the sessions, we experience both physical and mental relaxation. During the sessions, the sauna master covers the stones with a mixture of water and essential oils. The effectiveness of the sessions is enhanced by towel or fan swings that evenly distribute heat and moisture, and specially selected music that increases the feeling of relaxation.
